clinical counselling

I offer In-Person and Virtual Counselling in Vancouver & BC.

Consultation

A no obligation chance for us to connect and get to know each other. From there, if it feels like a good fit on both ends, we move forward with booking the first session.

First Session

First sessions give us a chance to review the informed consent and confidentiality, as well as answer any questions in further detail. Typically the first session includes gathering background information and understanding your reasons for coming to counselling.

Onward

This is where the work begins. We’ll work together to find a frequency of weekly or bi-weekly sessions and approach that works for you.

Mt. Pleasant Office

My office features an inviting atmosphere with expansive views of one of my favourtite neighbourhoods: located in the historic Lee Building at Main and Broadway.

More about my practice

Therapy Specialties

  • Anxiety & Stress: If you find yourself caught in constant worry, panic, or overwhelm, we’ll work together to create tools for calm, balance, and emotional resilience.

  • Life Transitions: Career changes, breakups, identity shifts, or big life decisions can feel unsettling and heavy. I’ll help you navigate these transitions with clarity and confidence, so you feel more grounded moving forward.

  • Depression & Low Self-Esteem: When self-doubt, sadness, or lack of motivation take hold, it can feel like life has lost its spark. Together, we’ll work on rebuilding hope, self-worth, and a stronger connection to the things that matter most to you.

  • Relationships: Whether it’s family, friendships, or romantic partnerships, relationships can be both our greatest joy and greatest challenge. I’ll support you in building healthier connections, setting boundaries, and navigating communication struggles with more ease.

  • ADHD: Living with ADHD can mean challenges with focus, motivation, and daily responsibilities. I provide tools and strategies to help you feel more organized, empowered, and in control of your life.

  • Personal Development: Therapy doesn’t just have to be about “fixing problems”—it can also be about growth. If you’re seeking to better understand yourself, deepen self-compassion, and step into your most authentic self, I’m here to support that journey.

What You Can Expect

In therapy, you’ll have the chance to:

  • Develop tools to manage stress, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm.

  • Increase self-awareness and gain insight into the patterns and beliefs shaping your behaviors.

  • Build emotional resilience and a sense of safety within yourself, especially in times of uncertainty or change.

  • Cultivate self-compassion and greater acceptance as you navigate life’s challenges.

  • Explore and heal past wounds, while learning to relate to yourself with curiosity and care.

  • Strengthen your ability to connect with others and express your needs more confidently.

At the heart of my work is the belief that you are the expert of your own life. My role is to walk alongside you with compassion and curiosity, offering tools and perspectives that support your journey toward empowerment, authenticity, and self-leadership. Healing, to me, is not about erasing problems but about embracing the complexities of being human and restoring the parts of ourselves that allow us to live fully and wholeheartedly.

This list is not exhaustive, if you believe we might be a good fit, I encourage you to reach out. Please note: I currently work with Adults (19+) located in the Province of British Columbia. I do not bill to ICBC CVAP, or WorkSafe.
