My approach to therapy

I take an integrative, client-centered approach that blends evidence-based therapies like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Integrative Somatics as well as attachment and mindfulness based approaches. I place a strong emphasis on nervous system regulation and on honoring the deep connection between mind and body. Our work together will be uniquely tailored to your needs, challenges, and goals, with the aim of helping you build lasting tools for a meaningful, balanced life.

I often work with people who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected, whether that’s from themselves, from others, or from a sense of meaning in life. Sometimes this looks like anxiety or depression, sometimes it’s the voice of a relentless inner critic, repeating patterns in relationships, or leaning on unhelpful coping habits just to get through the day. Whatever form it takes, these struggles can make life feel heavier than it needs to.

With all that said here’s what I believe: even in the middle of the hard stuff, there’s wisdom waiting to be uncovered. Together, we’ll work on making sense of what’s showing up, finding the insights within it, and building the tools you need to feel more grounded, resilient, and connected.

About Me

Before becoming a therapist, I spent a decade in the corporate world. So I know, from my own lived experience what it’s like to juggle deadlines, relationships, boundaries, and the slow creep of stress and burnout. That experience is what ultimately led me here where I can support others in finding more balance, clarity, and inner strength.

Outside of the therapy room, I’m a dog mom, a trail runner, and a big believer that ice cream deserves its own food group. These parts of my life remind me daily that healing and growth aren’t just about the hard work, they’re also about connection, play, and savoring the small joys.

I’m also life long student. I’m always seeking out new trainings, deepening my skills, and doing my own personal growth work so I can show up as fully as possible for the people I work with. I believe therapy is most powerful when both of us are committed to growing and evolving. In therapy, I bring that same perspective: we’ll look at the challenges you’re facing, but we’ll also uncover the resilience, wisdom, and hope that are already within you. I’m especially passionate about working with personal development, inner child work, self-esteem, and relationship dynamics: whether that’s family, friendships, romantic partnerships, or the painful changes that come with breakups.
